Job Description
Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services.
oversees the operations of an agency, including managing staff, developing business strategies, and maintaining client relationships
Assessing client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan.
Guiding clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision.
The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them and enable them to procure investment from the market& subsequently service the customers.
Key Responsibilities :
1. To recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.
2.



Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
3. Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.

- Prospect to be promoted to next designation, on 100% completion of the Goal sheet at the end of 6 to 12 months.
- Prospect to progress to the position of Branch Manager, at the end of 12 months.
