Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. N
Proficiency in relevantarchitectural design and coordination software. N
nKey Responsibilities
N
n
Develop and refine architectural design concepts for large-scale residential projects. N
Support the Team Lead in preparing concept design options and incorporating management feedback. N
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Landscape, Interior and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution. N
Manage and mentor associate architects while ensuring timely delivery of presentation, approval and Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings. N
Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress, resolve design-related issues and ensure design intent is maintained. N
Drive the adoption of current design technologies and promote continuous learning within the team. N
nRegulatory Approvals & Liaison

Coordinate with liaison consultants, architects and statutory authorities to obtain required project approvals. N
Represent the organization before regulatory authorities, including MOEF/SEAC, for statutory clearances. N
Review and validate sanction drawings before submission. N
nTechnical Review &Documentation;

Review area statements, sale drawings and agreement drawings with reference to approved plans. N
Review and approve GFC drawings across all disciplines, including: Architecture, Struc
