Lead and manage large-scale transformation and change programs within Banking & Financial Services. N
Drive end-to-end project delivery, implementation, and change management activities. N
Define, document,
and manage business and change requirements throughout the project lifecycle. N
Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, including Steering Committees (PSCs), Working Groups, and executive forums. N
Manage project RAID logs, status reporting, financial tracking, business cases, investment approvals, and delivery metrics. N
Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to ensure successful execution. N
Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions. N
Support multi-market initiatives and global delivery models. N
Champion Agile ways of working and collaborate with distributed teams across regions. N
