Job Title: Senior Accountant

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 6+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, payroll-related compliances, and hands-on experience with Tally.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP B1.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns.
Handle statutory compliances including Employee Provident Fund (PF), Qualified Tax (PT), and Employees' State Insurance (ESIC).
Ensure timely payment and filing of all statutory dues and returns.
Process vendor payments, customer receipts, invoices, and journal entries.




Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESIC compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
Experience in handling payroll-related statutory compliance and audits.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
