About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR operations. It is an excellent chance for fresh graduates or MBA HR students looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.




Assist the HR team with documentation and other HR activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree or MBA (HR) pursuing or completed.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
