Position: Agronomist
Location: Nalanda, Bihar
Experience: 34 years in agronomy, soil health, fertilizers, biofertilizers, or organic agriculture
Preferred Candidate Profile:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, preferably with specialization in Agronomy or Soil Science.
Experience in conducting field trials and farmer demonstrations.
Knowledge of nutrient management, organic fertilizers, biofertilizers, and crop advisory.
Solid communication skills to train farmers, distributors, and retailers.
Ability to travel within the region for field activities.
