Role & Responsibilities:
Perform accurate coding of Evaluation & Management (E&M;) Outpatient medical records.
Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements.
Maintain quality and productivity targets.
Identify coding discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.

Eligibility:
Experience: 2 to 7 Years in EM OP Medical Coding.
Positive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
CPC/CCS certification preferred.
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
