Strategic Roles & Responsibilities :
Establish and lead site-level planning systems that support timely and effective project execution.
Provide robust planning leadership to ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction activities.
Enable proactive management of project risks through structured planning and monitoring.
Operational Responsibilities :
Set up and maintain comprehensive project schedules covering design development, procurement, construction, FFE/OSE (where applicable), and commissioning.
Review, audit, and validate schedules to ensure accuracy, constructability, and logical sequencing.
Monitor critical and near-critical activities and proactively highlight delays or risks.
Support procurement teams by integrating material lead times and vendor schedules into master plans.
Coordinate closely with site teams to ensure planning reflects actual progress and constraints.
Prepare detailed progress reports and highlight variances against baseline schedules.
Support recovery planning, re-sequencing, and mitigation strategies when deviations occur.
Ensure planning inputs support senior management decision-making.
People Management :
Build and guide an effective planning team at site.
Mentor planning engineers and promote best practices in scheduling and reporting.
Foster collaboration between planning, procurement, design, and execution teams.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational Qualification :
BE Civil (Masters in Project Management preferred)
Experiences :
10+ years of planning experience, preferably in hospitality / high-rise projects
