NTechnical & Functional Skills

Mastery of KPI/KRA design, cascading logic, weightage models, and performance tracking.

Proficiency in strategyframeworks: BSC, OKR, MBO, SWOT, TOWS, Ansoff, BCG, GE Matrix, Porter's Five Forces.

Hands-on experience with PMS tools, ERP performance modules, or HRMS platforms.

Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint;
experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.

Strong financial acumen– P&L; understanding, ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC process improvement methodologies. Behavioural Competencies

NKPI/KRA design & cascading across all levels
NCXO & Board-level reporting and dashboards
NWhat we're looking for:
NMBA (Strategy/Finance) from a reputed B-School
N8-10 years in Business Strategy, Corporate Planning, or PMS
NStrong command of BSC, OKR, SWOT, PESTLE, Six Sigma, Power BI/Tableau
NIT industry exposure preferred
NMinimum 3 years of team/cross-functional leadership
