We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Operations Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical utility systems in a Pharma/Chemical plant. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in utility equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and compliance with GMP and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain all plant utility systems for uninterrupted production.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot utility equipment and minimize downtime.
Monitor utility performance, energy consumption, and equipment reliability.
Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and equipment history.
Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and external vendors.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Supervise technicians and support plant shutdown and commissioning activities.
