JD :
Robust Nexus 2K/3K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge and hands on experience and ACI. o Has knowledge and experience in overlay technologies VXLAN, BGP EVPN, OTV, LISP,VPC,VDC, FabricPath, ISSU and DC-Switching o HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Macsec, PFC etc. o L2 Switching o Knowledge of software programmability (Python/ansible/Rest APIs), Automation
Creates and reviews project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans o Hands-on with Traffic Generator tools like Ixia, Spirent etc.
Knowledge on Routing and switching Technologies like IGP, OSPF, EGP, BGP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN
Knowledge on Data Center, Cloud and Virtualization industry, ACI, Nexus products
Experienced Knowledge on LAN SW Technologies like STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, VXLAN-EVPN, DCNM, OTV, Fex, Fabricpath, VXlan, LISP.
Knowledge of Cisco switching Platforms like Cat 6500, 6800, 4500, 3850, Nexus 7K, Nexus 5k, Nexus 3K and Nexus9k (standalone and ACI)
Experience in installation, configuration,



testing and troubleshooting and/or Network solution designing of Cisco routers and switch

Ability to lead and mentor small teams independently.

Deep technical knowledge / understandings of L2 / L3 networking protocols and technologies (VPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) o o Strong Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge and hands-on experience o Knowledge of overlay technologies VXLAN, BGP EVPN, OTV, LISP o o knowledge and understandings of Cisco SDN based technologies such as Cisco ACI, Cisco Programmable Network Portfolio (Standalone VXLAN-Fabric) and DCNM.
Familiar with computing, virtualization, and container settings (Cisco UCS, Hyperflex, VMware, Microsoft, Kubernetes)
Prior experience of conducting customer workshops, High level and low level network design experience would be preferred.
Experience with Virtualization (OpenStack / VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper V / Red Hat KVM / Linux Containers etc) CX Centres Skilled Services Consolidated
Routing & Switching Ent Domain
Knowledge of emerging technologies like SDA/ SDWAN preferred
Knowledge of UCS products and Hyperflex , DCNM, Nexus Dashboard
Network automation skills preferred (Python/ Ansible/ GoLang/ Splunk)
