Responsibilities
Configure and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
Configure HR services, case management, lifecycle events, or customer service workflows based on business requirements.
Build and maintain Employee Center, Customer Service Portal, catalog items, and record producers.
Configure Agent Workspace, workflows, assignment rules, and approvals.
Support testing, deployments, production support, and platform enhancements.
Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Experience configuring case management, service catalogs, record producers, or workflow automation.
Familiarity with Employee Center, Customer Service Portal, or Agent Workspace.
Basic understanding of ServiceNow security, roles, access controls (ACLs), and scoped applications.
