ABOUT THE ROLE
At Vutto, we're building India's most trusted brand in pre-owned bikes. Were growing fast and expanding our direct-from-customer procurement model — and we need sharp, detail-oriented sales professional to onboard used bike dealers across Delhi region. If you’ve worked with bikes, know your way around an engine, and want to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance team — this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Greet customers and understand vehicle issues or service requirements
Prepare job cards with accurate details of complaints and required work
Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service recommendations
Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair
Keep customers informed about service progress and delays
Upsell additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages
Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery
Explain work done and charges to customers clearly
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
KEY REQUIREMENT
Valuable communication and customer handling skills
Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers
Problem-solving and coordination ability
Sales and upselling skills
Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment
