Job Description

Hiring: Workday HRM Technical Lead | TCS Bangalore

We are seeking a talented Workday HRM Technical Lead with hands-on experience in Workday technical development, integrations, reporting, and support. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical workstreams, developing integrations, delivering Workday solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Workday technical development activities across HCM modules.
Design, build,



and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Develop advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
Configure and manage Workday security and business processes.
Integrate Workday with third-party enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Workday integrations and reports.
Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews, testing, and deployment.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills:
4 to 8 years of Workday technical experience.
Robust expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Report Writing.
Experience with Workday Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs.
Knowledge of Workday Security and Business Process Configuration.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
