Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bulk hiring across South India.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred).
Experience in bulk/volume hiring.
Positive communication and sourcing skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
Preferred Hiring: Candidates from South India with experience in sales, retail, BPO, field, or volume recruitment.Role & responsibilities
