Job Title: International Calling Executive – Health Insurance

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound international calls to potential customers.
Explain health insurance plans and their perks.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance options.
Answer customer questions professionally and accurately.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements
Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Experience in international calling or sales is preferred but freshers can also apply.
