Role & responsibilities
Modeling: Converts design sketches into technical drawings and builds 3D models.
Technical Research: Checks local building codes, measures sites, and organizes project files.
Team Coordination: Works with engineering consultants and takes notes during client meetings.
Site Assistance: Attends site visits and reviews basic contractor drawings for accuracy.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Holds an accredited architecture degree (B.Arch/M.Arch) and works toward licensure.
Tech Skills: Fluent in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D rendering, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Capabilities: Skilled at turning sketches into clean drawings, measuring sites, and researching codes.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, receptive to design feedback, and possesses explicit communication habits.
