Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, lead HR data and MIS management, and maintain robust stakeholder relationships. This is an 11-month renewable contractual role based at our Andheri MIDC location.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (End-to-End)
Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), vendors, and skilled networks.
Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with hiring managers and department heads.
Manage candidate pipeline, conduct initial HR screening, and track hiring stages.
Handle candidate offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-onboarding alignment.
MIS & Data Maintenance
Maintain and update real-time recruitment trackers, headcount data,



and candidate databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR dashboard reports (Turnaround Time - TAT, Source Mix, Cost per Hire, Open Positions).
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all HR software and Excel sheets.
Generate ad-hoc analytical reports requested by senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower requisitions.
Coordinate closely with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Communicate recruitment updates clearly and address stakeholder feedback proactively.
