We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive Health Insurance sales through the Direct Channel . The role involves team handling, business development, and achieving sales targets. Candidates from Life Insurance, Motor Insurance, or Health Insurance industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a Direct Sales Team for Health Insurance products.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales executives/advisors.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure target achievement.
• Develop local market strategies to increase customer acquisition.
• Maintain robust relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Eligibility / Candidate Profile
• Experience: 3–7 years in Insurance Sales.
• Preferred Industry: Health Insurance / Life Insurance / Motor Insurance.
• Experience in team handling is mandatory.
• Solid sales, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive sales in a target-driven setting.
