Role & Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls to potential B2C customers from provided databases and generated leads to introduce our residential property offerings.
Needs Assessment: Engage with prospective buyers to understand their real estate requirements, budget constraints, and timeline preferences.
Product Pitching: Effectively explain project features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to generate interest and match buyers with the right residential properties.
Lead Conversion: Schedule and confirm highly qualified site visits for the on-ground business development and sales teams.
Pipeline Management:
Rigorously follow up with warm and hot leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses in the company CRM.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, lead qualification quotas, and scheduled site visit metrics.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or Presales. Prior experience in real estate (residential properties) is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Must be fluent in English and the local language (proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage).
Sales Acumen: Solid persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation abilities.
Personality: Confident, energetic, and target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, dialing systems, and standard office applications.
Education: Any Graduate
