Assess client eligibility based on immigration regulations and explain available options with complete transparency. N
Present GreenTree Immigration's services, process methodology, and pricing professionally to prospective clients. N
Build trust through ethical counselling and guide clients from consultation to enrollment. N
Follow up with leads, address client queries, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle. N
Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM. N
Coordinate with the Process Team to ensure a seamless transition after client onboarding. N
Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific eligibility criteria. N
Achieve monthly consultation, conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction. N
Uphold GreenTree Immigration's 404 Error Free Visa Process and Zero Manipulation Policy in every client interaction. N
