NKey Responsibilities

Connect with prospective international customers through calls and virtual meetings. N
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs. N
Conduct effective product presentations and counselling sessions for parents and students. N
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrollment. N
Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. N




Build solid relationships with customers through timely follow-ups. N
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. N
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. N

nEligibility
n
N
0–3 years of experiencein Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, BPO, Customer Success, or a customer-facing role. N
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. N
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. N
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. N
Solid negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. N
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and US night shifts. N
Immediate joiners are preferred. N
