KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Intelligence & Daily Business Pulse (50%)

Provide continuous, insight-led understanding of market dynamics to support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
Track daily sales, funnel movement, traction signals and inventory shifts.
Monitor competition: pricing, propositions, communication, offers and site performance.
Gather CP intelligence on sentiment, triggers, objections and customer expectations.
Decode customer behaviour patterns, segment movement and demand cycles.
Build input propositions that inform marketing communication strategy.
Recommend improvements to scripts, messaging and communication hooks (execution level).
Corporate Communication, PR & Awards (25%)

Ensure consistent, high-quality communication across internal and external channels.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate PR releases,



pitches, approvals and coverage tracking with agencies.
Manage awards calendar, shortlist prospects and drive timely submissions.
Maintain communication consistency, tone and quality across all corporate touchpoints.
Research & Audits (25%)

Strengthen organisational insight through structured audits and research execution.
Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly project audits and ensure marketing and communication hygiene.
Execute quarterly competition audits across product, pricing, messaging and experience.
Support all research initiatives across consumer and category studies.
Compile structured reports with transparent insights and maintain organised research/audit trackers.
