Robust knowledge of power electronics components (IGBT, PCBAs, capacitors, inductors, sensors).
Proven track record in supplier development, cost negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
Analytical and data-driven approach with cost modeling capability.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Awareness of global sourcing, import/export processes, and RDSO/IRIS compliance.
