Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure site supervision during interior works, including labour management and site execution.
Oversee site management activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports on labor productivity, material usage, and quality control.
