NJob Summary
nWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations Analyst to support operational and commercial decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence.
NResponsibilities

Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, efficiency, and productivity metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. N
Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, factory performance, and order execution to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence. N
Conduct cost, profitability, and variance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance. N
Manage and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and aging reports to support effective inventory control. N
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making. N
Analyze sales performance, margins, customer profitability,



and pricing trends to support commercial objectives. N
Support forecasting, budgeting, process improvement, and data automation initiatives across functions. N
Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive business performance. N

nRequired Skills

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. N
Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query. N
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools. N
Knowledge of apparel manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and inventory management. N
Understanding of costing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting. N
Experience working withERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. N
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail. N
