NJob Overview
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to manage accounting operations for our US-based hotel and resort portfolio. The role involves handling daily income audits, multi-currency bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end processes, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.



The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in hotel accounting functions including income journal loading, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, with the ability to work closely with US stakeholders.

Daily Revenue Reconciliation with POS System. N
Daily Revenue report preparation and publish to the hotel management. N
Daily revenue export from POS and post to accounting system. N
Preparation of the daily cash and credit card reconciliation statement and post the entry in accounting core system. N
Daily income audit and pass on the queries to the counterpart and follow up until resolve. N
Check the bank statement on daily basis and pass the related entry in accounting system and reconciled the bank every day. N
Booking the daily account payable invoice in system and pass it on to the authorized person for approval and after
