nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive our B2C sales across Pan India. The Associate Director – Sales will be responsible for leading regional teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage large-scale operations while ensuring consistent growth.

Lead and manage B2C sales operations across Pan India. N
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. N
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple regions. N
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales initiatives. N
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify current prospects. N
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. N




Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism. N
Travel extensively across India as per business requirements. N

nRequirements:

Minimum 14+ yearsof experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of revenue generation. N
Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in handling large, diverse teams. N
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. N
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure. N
Willingness to travel extensively across Pan India. N
Based out of Bangalore,reporting to the Director – Sales. N
