Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales development within the assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with distributors,



dealers, architects, designers, and project developers, and drive revenue growth for quartz and natural stone products. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and leads. The role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and coordinating closely with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. The Area Sales Manager will also ensure adherence to company sales policies and contribute to promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing initiatives within the region.
