Position: Global Account Manager

Job Overview:
Commercial ownership of enterprise and regional accounts, focused on growth, retention, and structured new business development. Drives revenue expansion, supports complex multi-country deals, and ensures execution alignment between customer and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow assigned enterprise/regional accounts
Develop and execute structured account plans
Generate recent business within accounts and new logos
Support and lead complex multi-country deal pursuits
Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline in Salesforce
Lead or support proposal development and pricing alignment
Coordinate with Solutioning, Finance, Legal, and Delivery
Manage customer relationships at Manager–Director level
Identify risks, upsell, and cross-sell prospects
Ensure adherence to governance, pricing, and contract processes
Required Skills
Strong commercial execution and negotiation capability
Structured account management discipline
Understanding of IT services and field services domain
Stakeholder communication at mid-senior level
Pipeline and forecasting rigor
