About the Role

As the Strategic Executive Assistant (SEA), you will serve as the operational force behind one of the most dynamic leadership platforms spanning technology, public leadership, and nation-building initiatives.

Your mission is to ensure that the Founder’s time, attention, and energy remain focused on the highest-impact work while every project, commitment, and prospect moves forward with precision.

You will work across three strategic verticals:
Think Small Group (TSG) – AI, Industry 4.0 & Digital Transformation
Bharat & Its Scientific Glory (BSG) – National education and innovation initiative
Personal Leadership Platform – Public speaking, media, policy, and thought leadership

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations (Think Small Group)
Manage product development trackers and project timelines
Coordinate feature releases, demos, and launch readiness
Monitor sales pipeline and follow-up execution




Work closely with designers, developers, freelancers, and AI tools
Ensure marketing content and social media activities stay on schedule

Events & Campaign Management (BSG)
Maintain the master calendar for events, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Coordinate with partners, volunteers, speakers, and student communities
Prepare briefing notes, reminders, and execution plans
Ensure every event is well-organized from planning to completion

Executive Support & Leadership Management
Manage the Founder’s strategic calendar and priorities
Coordinate media preparation, speeches, meetings, and networking activities
Track writing deadlines, publishing schedules, and content pipelines
Prepare briefing documents before important meetings and events
Ensure the Founder is always informed, prepared, and focused

Strategic Coordination
Maintain weekly priorities, risks, and prospect trackers
Drive daily oper
