Position: Assistant Manager – Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




Monitor individual and team productivity metrics.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Ensure high-quality customer conversations and consultative selling.

Pipeline Management
Review sales pipeline and conversion metrics daily.
Improve lead-to-chance and opportunity-to-closure conversion.
Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned leads.
Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Performance Management
Monitor KPIs including:
Revenue Achievement
Conversion Rate
Calls per Day
Talk Time
Demo to Closure Ratio
Collections
CRM Hygiene

Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to CRM processes and sales SOPs.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
