nWe are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support travelers throughout their journey and ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience. This role involves client communication, issue resolution, coordination, and maintaining service excellence at all stages of travel.
nKey Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their traveln
Proactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are metn
Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and effective mannern
Provide accurate destination information and relevant recommendationsn




Handle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt actionn
Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfactionn
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plansn
Support travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activitiesn
