nAbout the Job
nAs an Assistant Manager (Electrical)-Solar Projects at Ilios Power, you will support the execution of electrical works for utility-scale solar projects from installation through commissioning. You will coordinate with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with quality and technical standards. Your role will involve monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects within schedule and budget.
nMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech – EEE preferred) or Diploma in Electrical Engineeringn
5–8 years of total experience, with entire experience in solar project execution and transmission line (TL) execution/erectionn
Robust hands-on experience in utility-scale solar electrical execution and commissioningn
Proven expertise in transmission line erection, stringing,



tower erection, and grid connectivity worksn
In-depth experience in HT/LT systems, cabling, earthing, switchyard, and substation-related activitiesn
Experience in handling end-to-end in office electrical activities from installation to commissioning and synchronisationn

nPreferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience in complete electrical execution of solar projects from mobilization to commissioningn
Solid ability to read and interpret SLDs, electrical layouts, and transmission line drawingsn
Experience in inverter installation, transformer erection, switchyard execution, and protection systemsn
Familiarity with testing & commissioning procedures, grid synchronization, and statutory compliancen
Experience in managing transmission line erection teams and contractors on-siten
Working knowledge of electrical testing equipment and safety standardsn
