Operating from a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, KFML provides end-to-end furniture solutions for clients across the hospitality, corporate, aviation, and infrastructure sectors.
nThe Prospect
nWe are seeking a Sr. Key Account Manager to support and expand Kian Falcon's presence within the QSR, café, casual dining, and foodservice ecosystem.
nKey Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with client accountsn
Support account growth through repeat business and expansion prospectsn
Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement teams, project managers, and client stakeholdersn




Prepare commercial proposals and support costing discussionsn
Work closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project executionn
Track project timelines, client communication, collections, and order progressn
Maintain sales trackers, CRM systems, and account reportsn
