Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a seasoned Business Development leader to build and scale our Cross Border business. This role will be responsible for driving international shipment volumes, enterprise client acquisition, and market expansion, with a solid focus on direct export and cross-border e-commerce shipping.
nThe ideal candidate will bring strong experience in air express / international courier / cross-border parcel / freight businesses, along with a proven track record in enterprise sales, revenue ownership, and team leadership.

nRevenue Growth & Market Expansion

Own and drive aggressive revenue and volume growth for the businessn
Define and execute go-to-market strategyn
Identify prospects across exporters, D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, and SMEsn
Expand presence across key international shipping corridors and export marketsn

nClient Acquisition & Enterprise Sales

n
Drive acquisition of large enterprise clients and high-volume shippersn
Build relationships with CXOs, founders,



and supply chain leadersn
Lead negotiations and closure of high-value, long-term commercial contractsn
Focus on volume-led growth and wallet share expansionn

nSolutioning & Strategic Sales
n

Design scalable cross-border shipping solutionsn
Position offerings around speed, reliability, and delivery SLAs—not just pricingn
Work closely with pricing, product, and operations teams to build competitive commercial modelsn

nTeam Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing Business Development team across the regionn
Drive strong pipeline discipline, conversion metrics, and revenue forecastingn
Set explicit sales processes, targets, and performance frameworksn
Mentor teams on hunting, deal closure, and account growthn

nPreferred Experience

10–18 years of experience in Air Express / International Courier / Cross Border Parcel businessn
