Job DescriptionJob Summary:
nWe are seeking a highly skilled Sunroof System Design Engineer with proven experience in the design and development of sunroof systems for passenger vehicles. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of sunroof mechanisms, homologation standards, and manufacturing processes, and be capable of driving engineering activities from concept to production.
nExperience Required: 6 to 8 Years
nEducation: B.E. in Mech/ Automotive / Production
nJoining: Early joiners preferred
nKey Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of sunroof systems including mechanical, sealing, and actuation components.n
Ensure compliance with global homologation and safety regulations.n
Collaborate with styling, body engineering, and manufacturing teams for system integration.n
Create and validate CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.n
Conduct design reviews, DFMEA, and support prototype development and testing.n

sKnowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, stamping, and assembln

nyRequired Skills & Experience

:6–8 years of experience in automotive sunroof system designn
.Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA V5 preferred)n
