Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high‐initiative, self‐driven Senior Audit Associate to lead backend audit operations for U.S. clients. This role requires someone who can take ownership, work independently, manage deadlines without supervision, and deliver high‐quality audit workpapers aligned with U.S. standards.

nThe Audit Associate will support U.S. audit engagements including workpaper preparation, testing, documentation, reconciliations, and audit evidence gathering. This is a backend role supporting U.S. CPAs with high‐quality audit execution.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Lead and execute backend audit procedures for U.S. clientsn
Review workpapers prepared by junior associates and ensure accuracyn
Perform advanced audit testing: substantive procedures, analytical review, walkthroughsn




Prepare documentation for high‐risk audit areasn
Independently manage timelines, deliverables, and follow‐upsn
Coordinate directly with U.S. audit managers and communicate clearlyn
Identify audit issues and propose practical solutionsn
Train and mentor junior audit staffn
Maintain organized audit files and ensure compliance with firm methodologyn
Work in U.S. shift overlapn

Required Qualificationsn
n
CA Inter / CA Final (preferred)/CPAn
4–7 years of audit experience in CA firms or Big 4/Big 6n
Solid understanding of audit methodology and documentation standardsn
Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionn
Excellent English communication (written + verbal)n
Robust analytical skills and proficiency in Exceln
Experience reviewing workpapers and managing small teamsn
