nWe are looking for a Sales Hunter to join our team with a primary focus on acquiring new logos. This role requires a strategic and results-driven skilled with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role is focused on acquiring recent clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
nRoles and responsibilities:

A Sales Lead who is skilled in a hunting role, can bring new logos and close deals. This will be an IC role where the person should be managing everything from demand to closure, selling predominantly to the BFSI customersn
Identify and target potential clients, leveraging industry networks, conferences, and market intelligence for lead generation.n
Execute sales plans to acquire new logos and contribute to the growth of the client basen
Form and leverage existing relationships at the CXO level and navigate through the client hierarchy to bring together the right audience and decision-makers for pitching offeringsn




Customize messaging to align with client needs and effectively present solutionsn
Collaborate with internal pre-sales, solutioning, competency, delivery teams, other stakeholders, and partner ecosystem (ISV, Hyperscalers, others) to facilitate successful salesn
Staying current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, competition landscape to maintain a competitive edgen
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's positioning in the market.n
Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting to leadership (Pipeline & Performance)n

nCandidate profile:

n
13 – 20 years Minimum IT Services sales experience in Indian BFSI sectorn
Bachelor / MBA in relevant field with a strong sales / business acumenn
Robust understanding of the India BFSI market including clients, evolving technologies, current trends, BFSI regulations and competitive landscapen
