nROLE PURPOSE
nThe Sales Executive is the frontline growth engine for Sturlite's Lighting business within the assigned territory.



This role is responsible for building and expanding the dealer/distributor network, driving secondary sales, and ensuring consistent brand availability and visibility across channels.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory on a monthly and quarterly basisn
Build, expand, and service a robust dealer and distributor network; identify and onboard new channel partnersn
Conduct regular market coverage across assigned towns and ensure adequate product availability and displayn
Execute trade schemes, promotions, and discount programs effectively at the counter leveln
Track competition activity (pricing, schemes, new launches) and report insights to the ASMn
Manage outstanding collections and ensure adherence to credit norms with channel partnersn
Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback through prescribed reporting systemsn
Maintain solid relationships with electricians, contract
