nJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3 – 4 years of experience and strong expertise in Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.
nKey Responsibilities:

Manage invoicing and ensure timely billing to clients.n
Manage Accounts Payable by recording vendor bills and processing payments on timen
Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial recordsn
Handle banking adjustments in Zoho Booksn
Maintain accurate expense records with proper documentation and approvalsn
Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded in Zoho Booksn
Assist in preparing financial reports and statementsn
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.n
nRequirements:

Bachelor's degree or master's in commerce, Accounting, or financen
3 – 4 years of relevant accounting experiencen
Robust hands-on experience with Zoho Booksn
Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payablen
Experience in bank reconciliation processesn
Knowledge of expense tracking and documentationn
Proficiency in MS Exceln
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.n
