nThe Role
nWe are hiring a Strategic Account Director to own our most significant OEM and enterprise relationships across India and the Middle East. This is a senior, quota-carrying role reporting directly to the COO. You will own the full account lifecycle — landing current logos, structuring paid pilots that convert,



and expanding accounts into multi-year platform contracts across both our product lines.
nWhat You'll Do

Own a named portfolio of automotive and industrial OEM accounts across India and the GCC — revenue, relationships, and growth plansn
Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning marketing, digital, aftersales, dealer networks, IT, and procurementn
Structure commercial proposals and bounded paid pilots with clear success criteria and defined expansion pathsn
Build and sustain CXO/VP-level relationships and operate as a trusted advisor, not a vendorn
Work with product and delivery teams to translate customer needs into scoped, winnable engagementsn
Develop channel and ecosystem relationships (distributors, dealer groups, system integrators) in the Middle Eastn
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline: account plans, forecasting, CRM hygienen
Represent Metadome at key industry events across the regionn
