nRole and Responsibilities
nDesigner is responsible for trend research, creating design concept, select colour stories by working closely with Lead Design/ Category Designer for respective brand or department.
nDesign Management:

Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality standards.n
Manage the development of current products, ensuring they meet market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines.n
Ensure timely delivery of design projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.n
nMarket Research and Trend Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify current and future design trends.n
Analyse competitors and consumer behaviour to inform design decisions.n
Utilize insights to innovate and enhance the product range.n
nCollaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure cohesive and effective product launches.n
Communicate design concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.n
