About the RolenWe're looking for a seasoned Associate Creative Director – Copy who can lead ideas, shape narratives, and drive high-impact campaigns across platforms. This role is for someone who doesn't just write copy but thinks in campaigns, builds brand voice, and collaborates deeply with design, strategy, and production teams.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Lead and conceptualize integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline platformsn
Translate brand strategy into compelling copy, scripts, and storytelling formatsn
Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for:n
Ad campaignsn
Social median
Video scripts & reelsn
Brand films and commercialsn
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to bring ideas to lifen
Take ownership of creative direction on campaigns from ideation to executionn




Mentor junior copywriters and ensure consistency in tone and qualityn
Participate in client discussions, presentations, and pitch decksn
Stay updated with trends, cultural insights, and platform-specific content stylesn

Required Skills & Experiencen
n
Proven experience working on brand campaigns and creative strategyn
Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based work (mandatory)n
Ability to think in big ideas, not just captionsn
Hands-on experience with video scripting, ad films, and short-form contentn
Understanding of shoot execution, storyboarding, and on-set workflowsn
Solid command over language, tone, and brand voice developmentn
Experience working in an agency or rapid-paced creative settingn
Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and inspire a teamn
