nKey Responsibilities
nFacilities Operations
n
n
Manage daily operations of office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.n
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems.n
Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.n
Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services.n
Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution.n

nVendor & Contract Management
n
n
Manage facility service providers and contractors.n
Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).n
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.n
Verify vendor invoices and support payment processing.n
Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procurement policies.n

Ensure compliance with applicable Indian statutory requirements, including:n

National Building Code (NBC)n
Fire and Life Safety regulationsn
Local Fire Department requirementsn

Coordinate fire drills, emergency response exercises, and evacuation planning.n
Support EHS audits and corrective action implementation.n
