nWe are looking for an engineer who is excited to transition into a customer-facing technical sales role. This position sits at the intersection of engineering, consulting, and sales, and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, presenting solutions, and influencing buying decisions using solid technical depth.
nYou will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to support pre-sales engagements, solution design, demos, and technical discussions with customers.
nKey Responsibilities

Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle, supporting discovery calls, solution and technical validationsn
Understand customer requirements and map them to appropriate technical solutions and servicesn
Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to customersn
Collaborate with sales teams to create proposals, solution architectures, and effort estimatesn




Build credibility with customer engineering, security, and operations teamsn
Support RFP/RFI responses with strong technical inputsn
Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive offeringsn
Provide feedback from the field to internal product and delivery teamsn

nRequired Qualifications
n
n
4–5 years of experience in an engineering, consulting, SRE, DevOps, security, or platform-focused rolen
Robust fundamentals in at least one of the following domains:n
Security (SIEM, SOAR, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.)n

nObservability / Monitoring
n
n
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)n
DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineeringn
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesn
Robust presentation and storytelling skillsn
Comfortable interacting with customers, including senior technical stakeholdersn
