nPaisawaala is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Personal Loan Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with personal loan products, managing end-to-end loan processing, and achieving sales targets.
nKey Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide guidance on personal loan productsn
Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and disbursementn
Manage customer documentation and ensure completion of required formalitiesn
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and lending partners until loan closuren
Maintain customer relationships and provide high-quality servicen
Achieve assigned monthly sales targetsn
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activitiesn
nEligibility Criteria

Experience: 0 – 6 years in Personal Loan Salesn
Freshers with solid communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to applyn
Good negotiation and convincing abilitiesn
Strong sales-oriented mindsetn
Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantagen
