nIf you have successfully led field sales teams in organisations such as Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Airtel, Jio, Tata Play, Dish TV, consumer finance, insurance, FMCG or any high-performance field sales workplace, this prospect is designed for you.

Build and lead a high-performing Field Sales team.n
Recruit, train and mentor Sales Consultants across your territory.n
Drive customer acquisition for Residential Rooftop Solar solutions.n
Coach your team on consultative selling and customer engagement.n
Monitor daily sales activity, productivity and conversions through CRM.n
Develop local referral networks and channel partnerships.n
Deliver ambitious monthly sales and team growth targets.n
Create a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.n

We're Looking Forn
n
Proven experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, Team Handling or Sales Leadership.n
Experience recruiting and managing sales teams is highly preferred.n
Background in fintech, telecom, merchant acquisition, DTH, consumer finance, insurance, BFSI, FMCG or renewable energy.n
