nKey Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance & Accounting (GL Accounting + Accounts Payable) operations for a Financial Services client.n
Manage Month-End Closing, GL Reconciliations, Accruals, P&L; Finalization, Financial & Statutory Reporting.n
Oversee Accounts Payable operations including Vendor Setup, Invoice Processing, Payments, and Query Resolution.n
Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to contractual obligations.n
Drive finance transformation initiatives and operational excellence.n
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.n
Manage organizational budgets, financial planning, and policy implementation.n




Lead a team of approximately 100 finance specialists across multiple F&A; functions.n

Experience managing large teams and multiple senior stakeholders.n

Experience in offshore/BPO Finance & Accounting operations is preferred.n
