nKey Responsibilities

Prepare and verify contractor RA and final bills.n
Prepare BOQs and quantity estimations.n
Verify site measurements and subcontractor bills.n
Coordinate with Site, Purchase & Accounts teams.n
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and work orders.n
Track billing milestones and project costs.n
Prepare billing MIS, cost analysis, and reconciliation reports.n
Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and audits.n

nRequirements
n
n
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.n
3–6 years of billing experience with a real estate developer.n
Solid knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, and billing procedures.n
Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings.n
Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD & ERP knowledge preferred.n
Experience in redevelopment/residential projects is an advantage.n
